RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from KellerINK are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
KellerINK does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. You may return most items sold by KellerINK within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. KellerINK will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any CD, DVD or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any digital download. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
