Order Timelines
Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 4:30pm CT, excluding U.S. holidays. All orders placed before 12 noon CT will be processed on the same day and tracking details will be emailed or texted to the recipient accordingly.

Delivery Options
All orders placed on KellerINK.com will ship via FedEx and a variety of options are available for delivery according to your selection. All International orders will ship via FedEx International, with the option of Economy, Express or Priority shipping. The rates and estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout.

Taxes and Duties
For orders shipping Internationally, all applicable Taxes and Duties associated with your order will be billed to the recipient and must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery, unless otherwise instructed by the FedEx Driver. The amount of any taxes and duties will be dependent on the item(s) purchased and quantity ordered, but are based on the production cost of the item, not the retail price. This will be clearly marked on the Commercial Invoice that is required for Customs Clearance.
Depending on the FedEx Driver, they may require a credit card for payment of any applicable Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery or you may receive an invoice via regular mail after delivery. KellerINK will not be responsible for the payment of any Taxes or Duties associated with any orders placed for item(s) from outside of the United States. If payment of the Taxes and Duties is refused by the recipient and the item(s) are returned to KellerINK, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. The refund will be issued once the item(s) are received at our warehouse.
