Podcasts have been having a moment since the term was first coined in 2004 with the combination of the words “iPod” and “broadcast.” They really hit their stride in the mid 2010s and then exploded during the Covid pandemic in 2020. When you’re trying to decide what to listen to on the way to your next showing, here’s a list of our favorites (in no particular order) to help you decide.

Millionaire Real Estate Agent

With over 1M downloads since it launched in October 2023, this podcast tracks the search for real estate’s best practices in real-time. Through interviews with industry experts, host Jason Abrams shares insights that can help you reach new heights as an entrepreneur and real estate agent. Each episode also has a handy one-pager, recapping the systems. One of our favorite episodes is Episode 7: Breaking Ceilings: Sarah Reynolds’ Unconventional Real Estate Journey.

This weekly podcast by Host Tracey Velt features interviews with leading real estate and entrepreneurial experts. Episodes average about 30min so they are great bite-sized pieces of content for your commute. Topics run the gamut from marketing tactics to mindset to leadership insights. Our favorite episode is from November 24, 2025 where Tracey talks with professional athlete and coach Dre Baldwin on managing the mental game of real estate.

The Color of Money

Wealth inequality is not just a race issue, but it does disproportionately impact black and brown communities. This podcast sheds light on the particular challenges of these communities in building generational wealth. Design and architecture are all around us, literally. This weekly podcast explores the spaces around us with wide-open eyes and also digs into lots of other topics like, dental tourism, the longest fence in the world, and joke writing. With over 400 episodes in 10 years, it’s one of the most popular podcasts on Apple and Pandora. Our favorite episode is about how books are “weeded” in libraries, called Weeding is Fundamental Revisited from August 5, 2025.

Real Estate Rockstars

With over 6 million downloads since its inception in 2014, it’s one of the leading real estate podcasts on the air today. The current host, Aaron Amuchastegui, is a real estate powerhouse that has bought and sold over 1,000 homes. Learn from his experience, as well as his guests, on topics like luxury markets, safety tips, and content marketing. One of our favorite episodes is Episode 1306: Shy in Real Estate? How Introverts are Crushing It with Ashley Harwood.

The ONE Thing

You had to know this would be on our list, right? Host Jay Papasan (and one of our favorite authors of The One Thing) digs into the concepts from the book, such as productivity, mindset and time management. Most episodes are around 40 minutes so it’s great for commuting or your daily walk. One of our favorite episodes is Episode 509: The ADHD Advantage: How Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs Outperform with Tyler Elstrom.

Real Talk with Leigh Brown

Originally called Crazy Sh*t in Real Estate, this podcast seeks to break down the behind-the-scenes of real estate in a relatable way. Host Leigh Brown talks about a wide variety of topics from estate planning to veteran’s housing issues to 50-year mortgages, she covers it all, with and without guests. Our favorite episode is A Global Take on Real Estate with Chris Webb from October 2, 2025.

Masters of Scale

Have you ever wondered how the world’s largest and most well-known companies became just that? Host and LinkedIn co-founder, Reid Hoffman, sits down with other founders, CEOs and business leaders to talk strategy, lessons learned and other big ideas around growing companies to a household name. One of our favorite episodes is: How to Make Smarter Changes, with Cognitive Scientist Maya Shankar from January 22, 2026.

Entrepreneurs on Fire

Host John Lee Dumas has interviewed over 3,000 entrepreneurs in the 13+ years of running the podcast. The goal is to share insights and strategies from successful entrepreneurs to help those on the same journey. With topics like motivation, taxes, outsourcing and social media, there’s something for everyone. Good Hang with Amy Poehler 

Winning the first ever Golden Globes “Best Podcast” award, Good Hang feels like somehow getting to have lunch with all the famous people you want to be friends with. Host Amy Poehler has no shortage of wisdom and one-liners to keep you listening and laughing. One of our favorite episodes is from August 18, 2025 with Audrey Plaza.
